Fees and Payment

out-of-Network or Private Pay

  • My fee is $200.00 for a 50-minute session.

  • You may be eligible for “out-of-network” insurance benefits which reimburse you for a portion of your therapy costs. To find out more, please call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask about “out-of-network benefits for outpatient therapy”.

  • I use Alma to help me with billing. They will send you a superbill on the first of the month that you can send to your insurance company for session reimbursement.

  • A portion of my practice is sliding scale ($225 - $150). Please ask me about my current sliding scale availability if my full fee is not accessible to you.

  • Payment is due at the start of session.

In-Network Insurance

  • In Massachusetts, I am “in-network” with Optum (includes Mass General Brigham Health Plan and United Healthcare).

  • I will verify your insurance benefits before we begin working together. Please have your insurance card easily accessible during our initial consultation.

  • You will be responsible for paying any costs not covered by your insurance, including co-pays, unmet deductibles and unauthorized sessions.
