Fees and Payment
out-of-Network or Private Pay
My fee is $200.00 for a 50-minute session.
You may be eligible for “out-of-network” insurance benefits which reimburse you for a portion of your therapy costs. To find out more, please call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask about “out-of-network benefits for outpatient therapy”.
I use Alma to help me with billing. They will send you a superbill on the first of the month that you can send to your insurance company for session reimbursement.
A portion of my practice is sliding scale ($225 - $150). Please ask me about my current sliding scale availability if my full fee is not accessible to you.
Payment is due at the start of session.

In-Network Insurance
In Massachusetts, I am “in-network” with Optum (includes Mass General Brigham Health Plan and United Healthcare).
I will verify your insurance benefits before we begin working together. Please have your insurance card easily accessible during our initial consultation.
You will be responsible for paying any costs not covered by your insurance, including co-pays, unmet deductibles and unauthorized sessions.
