What is therapy?

At its essence, therapy is a healing practice that uses the power of relationships to make change. My work creatively engages the many relationships of your inner life, as well as the relationship we’ll co-create together, to bring about change in your outer life. As within, so without.

 

Individual Sessions

Individual therapy is a chance to focus deeply on your relationship with yourself. We will work together to hear the stories you tell about yourself and your life. We will listen for parts of yourself that feel hurt, lost, rejected and stuck. You will care for these parts, tend their feelings and origin stories, and welcome them into your life as trusted allies and guides. You will learn to listen to the wisdom of your body and breath through practices that soothe, ground and restore a sense of balance. Together we’ll laugh, play, cry, create, dream up new ways of being, and remember old, wise ways of being.

FEES & PAyMENT

  • My fee is $225.00 for a 50-minute session. I do not accept insurance.

  • You may be eligible for “out-of-network” insurance benefits which reimburse you for a portion of your therapy costs. To find out more, call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask about “out-of-network benefits for outpatient therapy.”

  • I can provide you with the necessary paperwork for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement of a portion of your session fee.

  • A portion of my practice is sliding scale. Please ask me about my current sliding scale availability if my full fee is not accessible to you.
